Dr. Rhett Knight Beaman is a licensed Chiropractic Physician and is a fully credentialed Active Release Techniques® (ART) provider. After receiving his Bachelors degree from the University of Nevada-Reno, he attended the Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in San Jose, California. He graduated Cum Laude with his Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree and returned to practice in his home town of Las Vegas in 2000. While treating the triathletes at the 2000 Kona Ironman in Hawaii, Dr. Beaman was introduced to Active Release Techniques® which is a revolutionary protocol for the management of soft tissue injuries. An ART provider is trained to find and treat more than 300 muscular/tendon/ligament injuries and over 100 nerve entrapments, that can be causing numbness, tingling and pain. These injuries can occur due to vehicle accidents and sports activity or can also occur from repetitive motions causing cumulative trauma disorders. (Example: Typing causing carpal tunnel syndrome.)
